La Corte considera que la duda acerca del alcance del resolutivo tercero de la precitada sentencia, respecto de las personas en situación de discapacidad motriz, se basa en una lectura descontextualizada de la providencia, la cual pierde de vista las consideraciones expuestas en su parte motiva.
